It helps me keep perspective on the topic that I was raped as a kid, so thinking about it abstractly was a way of gaining control over the trauma.

And lots of hitting stuff until it broke.

My daughter was raped in 2002. I have a hard time even thinking about it without an unfocused hate welling up. They never did find the piece of shit.
