Yeah good thinking. I like to think I was fair. I do think that Professor McGinnis is wrong to suggest that the left is only doing it because of electoral defeat though. I just don’t like the thought that money = speech because it allows us to create what Professor Smithhas described where less than 200 households who are overwhelmingly headed by white males contribute well over half the political donations in a nation of a 120 million households.
