Looks like we’re converging, but on only one facet of the issue. Any path to serious gun control requires a constitutional amendment or a Supreme Court willing to re-open Heller. Only one pathway to that, and she’s made herself vulnerable by even talking it up.

i think my suggestions work within the current 2a and heller frameworks because they basically concede them both and focus on “control” by affixing personal responsbility

what do you see differently?
