There was a place in Houston on Navigation St. called Ninfa’s that years ago only had 8 tables. Ninfa sent a few of her kids to college to get MBA’s on what she made from the restaurant. Now with their marketing help the family is rich, but their restaurants aren’t considered as ‘authentic.’

They tried to infiltrate the Austin market, but like the Coyote Cafe, they discovered that the local Meskin restaurants beat them on both quality and price. Major fail.
