From what i have listened and read from Chomsky, I find his ideas both compelling and ire raising. (sign of good writer I guess) If you have read any of his books, can you suggest a “beginner” Chomsky book? thx in advance!

BTW, the dynamics of the faiths in the time period you mention is an interesting tale. There is no such thing like it today. The closest would be the split of Episcopalians over homosexuals.
