The fun thing about legal proceedings by blowhards is that they require discovery. You claim information was damaged/destroyed - you’re going to have to inventory what was on there. And you will get more than what you bargained for.

But this is Greenwald’s attempt at lawfare against the UK, where the legal rules and civil protections are quite different than here in the US (or Brazil for that matter). Press protections in the UK are a wee bit different too. And The Guardian knows this better than Greenwald.
