Nah, he seems to be more going the “No amount of moderation will stop it” route there, which personally just seems lazy to me. And it also brings on questions that I’m sure he doesn’t want to tackle, like “What is it about Breitbart that attracts so many racist assholes?”

CNN has had to shut down EVERY commentary section of the articles they’ve written on Mandela because openly violent white nationalist posts have swarmed their comments — keeping a lid on the bigotry is a pretty thankless job. Then again, with the Brietbart comments, the ones they appear to be moderating are those who are condemning the racists, so on the face of things they appear to be actually encouraging them.
