Yes, they have those things, but they seem to be parking them in line on long stretches of road.

That and they have to have the shells to fire. Oddly to date the weight of Russian artillery hasn’t been that heavy. The Russian army has been pretty lean as of late and I wonder is someone saved (stole) money by not building enough shells to replace the stocks they have fired over the last decade.
