According to the sources cited, it’s 50/50 whether it’s true. But if it’s true, what’s preventing Israel form buying military helicopters from a different country? (I assume the US helicopters are probably better, i.e. preferred.)

Seems to me Russia is more than happy to sell all kinds of nasty lethal stuff for money, and they’re not picky about who buys it. Maybe it’s time for Israel to give the US the finger and take their shopping elsewhere. It’s unfortunate for us, losing military contract money (thanks again, Obama!), but I certainly can’t blame Israel if they did.

This “Mother, may I?” shit has to be getting pretty old for the Israelis.
