Ah, damn…food talk and I missed it. My wife is a trained chef, though I do most of the cooking. Tonight we had roasted boneless leg of lamb with green beans and a wheat-berry/feta/grilled pepper salad. It was a team effort. A bottle of Peter Lehmann 2004 Barossa Shiraz accompanied…nice, big-fucking Shiraz. Almost like a Central Coast Pinot Noir. Fruity and fun.
Oh, well…I’ll catch it next time. I’m off to start a good book. G’night.
