Thought of those two too and also Bradford Bishop who also survived but unlike those two has never been caught.

I’d forgotten about Bishop until you mentioned him. It’s entirely possible he’s still on the lam somewhere here in Europe (he was quite the polyglot) if he’s still alive. Being as he was a Foreign Service Officer, he’d likely know how not to get caught.
