Wouldn’t he have had to know the garbage pick-up day so that he’d get to it before the truuck did?

Maybe the whole thing is a scam… maybe ACORN dumped a bunch of documents that would in the end make them appear to be righteous and then tipped off the investigators so they could “find” them & give ACORN a reason to cry victim? maybe :)
