DAMN IT! I’m so tired of wet weather here on the east side of the Cascades. It’s raining again! If I wanted to put up with working in the wet, I’d move to the west side!

Yeah, it’s been a heartbreaking spring in my garden. It’s been too wet and cold to get my summer veg growing. Tomatoes drowned, potatoes just rotting in the ground, an unstoppable army of slugs roaming free. It looks like we’re in for at least 10 more days of rain here in Portland. It’s almost comical.
