Do I have it right that there is now a little war going on between different right-wing factions over whether the term “neo-conservative” is an anti-Semitic slur?

From what I understand (from my years at FreeRepublic), all Jews are genetically and traditionally liberal, and the only Conservatives are recent converts, hence the “Neo-Conservative” label.
