re: #533 Drained Brain

I agree absolutely. If I owned any business and most certainly a restaurant I’d fly at my own expense any day of the week to get that kind of publicity. As I’ve already said, I don’t even give a hoot if the the guy was flown in on Air Force One.

Those accusing me and others of fomenting “conspiracy” theories (conspiracy conspirators? heh…) are deliberately missing the point.

The President wanted this kind of pizza this weekend. Gee, the owner just happens to be flying to DC. Oh yes, it happens all the time…

I suspect somebody is lying. I could be wrong. I specifically don’t think it’s a “conspiracy” in any case. I’m not the one who started this thread taking the word of somebody who’s not Dan Rather over a report in a British tabloid.

I believe Obama didn’t bow. I believe Biden told the President off in private. I believe Obama really would have sent his daughters to a public school in DC if it weren’t for the security issues.

I believe everybody now. Okay?

Sarcasm usually works.

The only point most have been attempting to make is Obama didn’t pay transportation and expenses to have a pizza party. For all his failures and shortcomings, he is hardly a Roman Caesar with their extravagances. More than a little narcissistic, but not a Caesar.

The main point I have been attempting to make is the slamming of Ace of Spades who used a story from a British paper, and Christopher using a phone call to invalidate the story and crucify all right wingers with it.
