These kinds of comments are the reason many Muslim-Americans are organizing in preparation to vote in November. They know what the GOP base thinks about them which is that they’re all terrorists. I know quite a few Muslim-Americans, and none of them are terrorists. The problem of those who make these kinds of comments is that they haven’t bothered to get to know any Muslim-Americans, and of course, they consumer huge amounts of right-wing misinformation.
