In looking over the stimulus funds disbursement link posted last night, I find under the tab “most expensive” the number one item — at 17.5 billion — an energy project in Puerto Rico, and at number 14 another energy project for Peurto Rico in the amount of 1/2 billion. Both in Cidra, Peurto Rico.

WTH?

You do not that link has nothing directly to do with the stimulus bill ? It’s a wish list from the cities on shovel ready projects they want considered, not projects funded.
