Given all the medical and scientific breakthroughs, and all the technological innovations that makes our life so much more convenient, is evolution in humans still possible?

Any functions that we could develop over time will probably just be replaced by some innovative technologies.

Or evolution could be negative as medical science allows those who would have died to have defective offspring. Or for example when Koskids breed with Huffpo morons.
