My favorite HR question:

If we don’t have any quotas for hiring, why does everyone has to select their race on the hiring form?

1) they don’t have to; applicants can decline (I believe)
2) So companies can track their own diversity goals

Not sure if you were actually asking; messing with HR is a bipartisan activity.
