The last MLB game I went to was at Shea Stadium, the night before baseball went on strike. It was at that game that the hapless Anthony Young set the record for consecutive losses by a Met pitcher. He went on to claim the longest consecutive loss streak in MLB history.

Wasn’t the strike in 1994? Or has there been another one since then?
