Sotomayor will be confirmed, short of a scandal that forces her to withdraw. Deal with it folks. But use it to help gain an advantage for next time. If she has flaws, air all of them out in a dispassionate way. Force your opponents to defend the indefensible. Make them squirm. This is a chess game, not a “one and out” game.
