I’d much rather pay taxes to give people a good education than pay for them to go to prison after they’ve chosen a less civilized path. Just my 2 cents.

These days you (almost) might just as well skip the middle man and send them to prison. As when 15 year old stomps a 13 year old almost to death at school! How do we expect them to learn?
