Yes, if you make the assumption that every one of those voters that didn’t vote was against the measure. Of course, the fact that every single poll had the measure well ahead means that your group would be a statistical improbability on the order of Miley Cyrus swinging by my house this evening.

If they thought it was so important, they would have voted then. What a stupid argument. They got clobbered. The no’s won one frigging county out of twenty six. One and it was close unlike the results in Dublin and other population centers.
