Scalia delivered commencement speech at all-girls Catholic school: States mankind has been around “5,000 years or so”

I thought Young Earthers were rare in the RCC. I remember even one of the most conservative Catholics I know that was as amused as I was that there were people who thought that humanity was 5000 years old.
