The law doesn’t agree. And even if it did you’d have to prove that Robert Dear heard her in order for the charge to stick.
There’s legal responsibility and moral responsibility. Being free from the former doesn’t absolve one from the necessity of the latter. The quality of being willing to own up to one’s morally responsibility is extremely important in a leader, at least it is in my book.
