Rachel Maddow had Former Secretary of Defense Bill Gates on her show Tuesday night. He has just come out with a new book. At the end of the interview she basically asked him for any thoughts about anything. He discussed the failure of the United States to have coherent strategic information policy since the 1990’s. he noted in particular that China has a well funded and well organized information strategy. And that we need to do better.
