The money took away their right to sue anyone. They gave up the right to speak publicly by signing the document.

He is guilty or innocent regardless of their accusation. If you were a thief, but I did not say so, that would not make you not a thief. If the table is blue, and I do not say it is blue, it does not become a different color. Truth stands independent of what we want it to be.
