A conviction for Murder One is almost always punished by either life without parole or death.

Just looking at the facts as we know them, I’m not sure they’ll manage to convict on 1st degree. Intent and malice might be possible, but premeditation would be difficult in the time span between when traffic stop began and when the video does.
