I cannot watch videos at work. Law enforcement always has the problem of separating those who really mean a threat and those who rant in anonymous media but who never have any intention of carrying out threats.

A lot of us casually say “I’m going to kill ….” when all we mean is “I’m irritated with … and displeased with what they’ve done”

From what others have described, it looks like it involved shooting a picture of Hogg.
