How is this fine? I realize that this is limited to covid-19 wards, but isn’t there a risk of cross infection between different strains of covid-19 (which I believe do exist to a limited extent — that’s how they were able to determine that many of the American infections came via Europe, not via China directly). Or increasing the likelihood that non-infected medical professionals get it (unless you have separate break rooms, huge badges with everyone’s covid-19 status as of that morning, etc…).

I was referencing the “This is fine” meme with the Dog sitting in flames.
