Although I think President Obama IS surprised by the unwillingness of our European Allies to take the Gitmo prisoners - that or he gave no thought at all as to what the hell to do with them when he said he would close Gitmo. And that I just don’t believe.

Personally, I think Holder ought to try Madrid - seems to me as if Zapetero would be willing to take at least a few, sorta as protection against Al-Q and their ilk striking in Spain.
