Thanks for the offer. I’ve “gotta guy who’s gotta guy” as we used to say back east. I’ve had him do some work before that was outside my comfort zone.

I mentioned downstairs, that there aren’t any good fish joints as such, a couple of places with a good rep for Catfish, but no Fish / Chowder joint like there are on the coasts.

Nashville Scene (which has a BEST OF in about every category possible) doesn’t even have a category for fish / seafood. That should tell you about all you need to know.

I talked to a girl in Portland a little while ago and asked her about seafood restaurants around here. All she could think of was a steakhouse in Goodlettesville that has catfish on the menu. I really wish I had some money so I could open a nice seafood place. It could be a gold mine around here.
