And another thought—-if you want to “revolutionize” the Party, show up at Party events, get involved, be a precinct organizer, be a county convention/state convention delegate, etc. Going to a Bernie rally doesn’t really do anything to “change the system” or advance your cause. It’s kind of like going to a rock concert doesn’t make you a band member.

Change must come locally first. I see libertarian and far lefty friends and aquaintences belly ache that their voices aren’t heard. Well that’s because they don’t focus much on the local races at all. I am loathe to give the Tea Party credit but they did realize that politics is local. It’s something the party’s left should take heed of if they ever want to be taken seriously.
