No mention that this is one of the very few times the GOP and the ACLU have come to the same conclusion. The No Fly List is such a piece of useless crap it has no place in our law.

The solution of course to the GOP is not to fix whatever problems there are with the No Fly list, but instead to hold prayers for the dead.
