I seem to recall Canada has had their own anti-mask anti-lockdown protests. Their are crazy people everywhere and I am sure plenty of them would be happy to florida for the winter especially because they aren’t locked down.

For sure. But the border is closed. Essential travel only (e.g., you’re a doctor working in the states). They won’t be able to cross the border.

And if they manage to get across they’ll likely be severely fined when they return. Canada is not fucking around.

I had to cross once a few months ago after the border first closed. I was there for like 45 minutes getting a document notarized and picking up a large check. When I returned to Canada they took all my info, told me mandatory 14 day quarantine, said if I broke it is be fined $1,000,000. They called the house a few days later. They emailed twice. They are not fucking around.

Crossings are not going to happen. US CBP will turn them right around and send them back to Canada where they’ll still have to quarantine.

Did I mention Canada isn’t fucking around?
