Rice, like Colin Powell, is an example that Republicans should stick to principle and base hiring and promotion on merit and not try to score points - that they will not be credited with anyway- proving how they too are inclusive.

I get the impression that you think that any Black person in Bush’s government was there because of their color and no other reason. Any basis for this other than you disagreeing with how they performed?
