(And we know, matzah is flour and water; eating blood is strictly forbidden for Jews. Just in case the wrong people are reading this)

Obviously, the idea of using blood in matzah is ridiculous — matzah are made from only white flour and water, so the presence of blood would discolor them and be immediately apparent.

In reality, the Jewish custom is to use the blood of gentile children in making the jam fillings of Hamantaschen pastries for Purim — where the natural color of the fruit preserves helps to camouflage the blood.
