They created phones, housing, vehicles all from the stuff on the island ,,, but couldn’t patch a 3 foot hole in the boat!

If you looked like the Skipper, and suddenly found yourself being depended on by a couple of cuties like Ginger and Mary Ann, how hard would you have been working on the hole in the boat?
