Just down the road from us is the High Plains Agricultural Laboratory, which is shorthanded on scientists. Science is not only practiced on the coasts. We need scientists here, too. The High Plains Ag Lab is associated with the University of Nebraska and employs scientists from around the world, but you would never guess that if you didn’t look into it.

We’re not exactly interchangeable when it comes to areas of specialty.
