I recently found Anthony Bourdain’s show on the Travel Channel. I love the food he finds. The show from Spain was incredible.

The Spain episode is one of my favorites: especially the part where he goes to a restaurant in the hills where the cook over wood fire and he had the tiny eels (cooked over a wood fire).
