Well, that’s good, and we are down to having to ask about a person’s sexual health in order to make an informed decision about whether or not to have sex with them. And some people are “offended” by being asked. What if they lie? And passion and desire often cloud our judgment. Yes, I’ve been there, done that.

I remember in the ’80s having a dentist who quit his practice because procedures he used resulting in finely disseminated blood which, at the time, they were told could transmit AIDS by breathing them in, even when wearing a mask. He had just had a baby (in his early 40s) and went into research instead. AIDS was scaring everyone.
