Yeah, that’s it.

I looked into the Neti pots (the irrigators that look lke a little teapot) but opted for the NeilMed irrigator instead because it has positive pressure.

It feels odd at first, but you follow the directions you get used to it very quickly and it’s very refreshing. Washes all the crud out if you’re sick, and any allergens that you’ve inhaled over a 12 to 24 period. Moisturizes your whole sinus cavity. It’s a miracle treatment, and I don’t say that lightly.

I’m hoping that it also has some positive effect on my asthma.
