Who’s that, the FOP? No doubt, that’s the only real defense left. Between the video and the timeline of events, there’s just no way to account for his broken neck except trying to argue that it was his own fault. Thing is, that’s not really a defense, it’s an argument for conviction on lesser charges, by saying that yeah they didn’t kill him, but he died in their custody and thus they were negligent. A way of saying “Oops, he killed himself, my bad!”
