His history of making agreements on funding levels and then coming back asking for more money for departments other than Defense, Justice, and Homeland Security (sometimes State, but mostly not). All other departments should get their funds during normal appropriations only and the president should abide by agreement made once they are reached.

Beyond weak. I’m sure that’s how business is done in Washington. Not that I even care, this example is such a minuscule example of untrustworthy.

Geeze, you’d think he said something about WMD & lots of people died.
