re: #53 A Cranky One

Tried real hard to not pay attention as the Blackhawks fought off elimination to win in double OT last night. It worked, so I’m thinking of not watching the next game to improve their chances.

At least that’s the story I’ll try on Mrs Cranky, who’s the real hockey fan. Alas, my Jedi mind tricks don’t work on her.

I apologize for rooting for them to not make it out of this round. Sort of.

They did a really excellent job of making me have extraordinarily mixed feelings towards them, between how they handled the Kane situation and then the recent mess with the Icehogs players. I know it’s a complicated thing and just …I was all set to root for them as a back-up team this year and then yeah.
