Article contains charts and it really looks like pursuing urban voters is more promising that pursuing white working class rural voters, as has been pushed by all those cletus safaris. It doesn’t blow off the fact that he improved with those WWC voters, but they would not have been enough to beat Trump. It was the big metro areas that really did it.

I’m sure Trump calling most of them crime infested hellholes didn’t hurt.
