I love Skyline chili (4 way). Once you get past that it’s not chili like you might be used to (not like I was used to) it’s really good.
But I now get why ordering spaghetti at one of those Greek owned family restaurants gave a very non-Italian kind of spaghetti, much more Skyline vs Olive Garden.
Cinnamon in chili took getting used to.
Cinnamon is just part of the Baharat and other middle Eastern/Mediterranean blends.
Chocolate is the real secret ingredient in Cincinnati chili.
