You and I both know that Bill O’s schtick here is just a deflection. He is saying that we need to fix the “gang problem” before we can fix the “mass shooter problem”, because he, personally, is more afraid of the feral gangs of Black people that exist only in his fever dreams than he is of getting shot while out shopping, or at a parade, or at a concert.

Or by Mau-Mau rape and revenge gangs terrorizing white neighborhoods left unprotected by a defunded and demoralized police force.
