By the way, thank you for calling out the Newsweek article I posted yesterday in the comments, on showing how propaganda is laundered through a respectable news outlet. I appreciate the correction.

It does show that even people who try to look at news items critically can be fooled by carefully constructed propaganda.

I also read your post in the right-hand column expanding on how such propaganda is laundered.
