This couldn’t be farther off-topic, but i keep meaning to tell you that a few weeks ago, a co-worker GAVE me an enormous bag of fresh morels - they’d picked so much that they couldn’t eat them all - it was at least 3lbs.
I had enough for cream of morel soup (first cream-based soup i’ve ever tried), morel cream sauce on t-bones, and crab-stuffed morels. 3 consecutive nights of heaven.
Delicious!
